Vacation planning ALWAYS includes scheduling daily visits from Laurie of Cats Only Petsitting to take care of our two cats, Tuckers and Smokey. With Laurie’s expertise, we know that our “kids” will receive the best possible care during our absence. They receive lots of attention and enjoy Laurie’s time spent with them. Always helpful is the daily visit log that provides the details of their care. Laurie is respectful of our home and how we like things done. We have tried several other options in the past including cat summer camp (caged at a remote site) as well as friends/family to take care of our two cats. We never had a good feeling about either. We have actually avoided going away many times due to it. We found Laurie online during a web search. I must say that we cannot be happier with the service our kitties received. She was exemplary in the daily visit notes that she left for us. She did everything that she said she would. Bill and Ted were happy, well fed, watered, and healthy. She was thorough and well prepared. Her communication before and after was stellar and we could not have been better taken care of. We will use none other in the future and know that she will treat our kitties like they were her own.

Laurie has been my cat sitter for about four years. She is very dependable and professional. My cats love it when she comes over to visit them. She writes little notes every day that she visits so I know what has happened for that visit. She plays with my three cats and gives them treats when she comes over. She also does the other things that aren’t so pleasant like scoop out the litter and clean up kitty messes. She is very good about checking the mail and watering my plants if necessary. She also will call me if one of my cats has a problem or is not acting “normal.” I feel very confident having Laurie over when I am out of town. I never have to worry about my cats when she is sitting for me because I know that she will take good care of them. She is truly a cat lover. My father-in-law has also had Laurie take care of his cats when he has been gone and thought she did an excellent job. Her prices are also very reasonable. So if you need a good and dependable cat nanny I would definitely recommend Laurie Carl. My cats, Cleo, Tiger and Seisy give her a great big paws up!

Laurie Carl has been my cat sitter for three years. Since I don’t have children, I consider my cats my kids. From the moment I first met Laurie, I knew I could entrust my kitties to her. She is calm, organized, soft-spoken, and understanding of owners’ worries when gone from home. She came and met all three of us and spent about an hour getting to know us. I have a particularly “moody” cat, and he has warmed up to Laurie quite easily. This cat is now receiving insulin injections twice a day and Laurie has done these injections 3 different times when I have been away. I completely trust her in giving this medication to my cat. As a former RN, she is very capable in giving my kitty his insulin. I would not hesitate to recommend Laurie as an excellent cat sitter. She is compassionate and committed to making kitty’s lives better while their owners are away. In addition to this, she is able to water plants, bring in the mail, and watch your house while you’re away. I completely trust Laurie with my house and my cat. She has a huge heart for cats and their owners! She even sent a condolence card when one of my kitties went to kitty Heaven. My one remaining cat now loves her and I love her, too!
